 Once we are able to successfully process relevant charges through your payment provider, our team swiftly begins arrangements for your delivery!

   Clients can expect tracking info sent to their chosen contact method within 24 hours after their order(s) depart from our warehouse(s). 

 If you DO NOT receive unique tracking information from Purondt Filtration within 6 business days of your order, please DO NOT hesitate to inform us using the email below:

Returns & Damages: 🔄 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon their delivery. 

If anything arrives damaged, you must make note of it when signing for delivery.  This allows us to quickly & seamlessly work towards any necessary resolutions.

In the event that your item(s) do arrive damaged, we ask that all affected clients immediately capture and send any/all relevant photos to:

  From there, you enable us to take swift initiative in filing & processing an insurance claim on your behalf! 

 

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations: ❌

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to an administration fee of $20.00 - regardless of whether or not your order has shipped.  

  Once an order has shipped, you (our customer) are also responsible for return shipping charges.

 Agreed-upon refunds are ONLY issued to the original payment method used for funding your order.
